Emerald Park Homes celebrates our first year as a Holmes Approved Builder

 It has been an exciting year for our team at Emerald Park Homes as we worked together with the Holmes Approved Home Program to ensure that our homes are "Built Right, from the ground up". The last three show-homes in White City and Pilot Butte have been Holmes Approved and we are now building another in Regina, bringing this type of quality construction into a larger market.

 During this year, we have made some changes in our construction products that have been recommended and endorsed by the Holmes Group to provide our customers with simply better homes. In January, we met with Mike Holmes himself, at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas to discuss the program and its future development in Canada, along with the latest developments and technologies in home construction.

Garry and I would like to thank everyone who attended our event on July 19^th to announce our partnership with the Holmes Approved Homes Program.  It was wonderful to see so many family members, friends, customers, and members of our team of Emerald Park Homes professionals who work together to build every home as if it were our own. 

We took this opportunity to introduce our New Home Sales Consultant, Cornell Srochenski to everyone at the event.

Although Mike Holmes, trusted contractor and popular television host was not at the event personally, his likeness was evident in both the triple attached garage and in the front entry.

Special thanks to Twylla West and Perry Nyhus from My92.1 FM Radio!  Perry worked diligently on this event, assisting with the radio ads, press release, coordinating the broadcast, ordering and delivering the food and pop, cooking up the hot dogs, and making sure that everyone had a great time!
